Amie Chin is passionate about facilitating communication and bringing clarity and understanding to challenging situations. She helps leaders to identify their blind spots so that they can achieve the business results they want.

Amie comes to coaching after more than 10 years in the land development and the civil engineering industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. In her role as a civil engineer and project manager, she worked on a wide range of projects including: biotechnical business parks, airports, and wineries. Leadership, teamwork and change management were critical to the success of these fast paced high profile projects.

Amie deepened her leadership skills as the Residential Manager of a 40-50 person residential program for a Retreat Center in San Francisco. Amie has also taught communication courses focused on simplifying communication to its basic elements.

What Amie Says About Her Work:
"Typically, I meet with my Clients one-on-one in personalized coaching sessions to explore both the business and human elements of their goals. I may also observe meetings, perform cultural assessments, and provide leadership training depending on what is needed for the client. Through our coaching sessions, we identify the beliefs and the values that exist within their environment. Small shifts to these sometimes invisible mindsets can enable them to achieve business goals that previously seemed impossible."
