For Izzy, coaching is the culmination of a successful career as an IT consultant for the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation. Izzy's designed award winning hospital systems and his work's been published in medical journals. As an associate of the California Leadership Center, Izzy works one on one with executives to enhance their capabilities in leading others. He is also partnering with IT and healthcare solutions firms to offer coaching as a service to their clients that can dramatically increase both the value and profitability that those businesses bring to their healthcare contracts.

Izzy earned an MS in Psychology and has expertise in various growth modalities such as NLP (Certified Practitioner), the Sedona Method and Ericksonian Therapy.
