Mark McMillan

Mark McMillan arrives to coaching after spending 17 years in the corporate setting. After attending the University of Virginia on a baseball scholarship, Mark joined the accounting firm of Arthur Andersen in 1991. While at Arthur Andersen, Mark earned his CPA certification and gained invaluable experience working with over 50 clients across 10 industries.

Mark's first global experience came in 1992, when he was sent on assignment to Budapest, Hungary to assist in creation of a new practice. In 1995, Mark joined the Oracle Corporation and began this career in Enterprise software. Mark specialized in all forms of software partnership across North and South America. In 1997, Mark joined Oracle Latin America and moved to Miami where he worked as the only American on the team.

He deepened his global education by working with partners and Oracle offices all over Central and South America. Mark moved to a sales consulting role and positioned Oracle's enterprise applications to prospects in North and South America. In 1999, Mark joined a pioneering software-as-a-service startup called, BrassRing, as a Director of Strategy and Business Development. BrassRing acquired over 200 customers and became the recruitment platform of choice for multi-national corporations. Mark directed strategic partnerships and was consistently involved in launching new initiatives for the company. This included launching the company's public sector business, its operations in the Asia Pacific region, and its recruitment services offerings.

Mark's has lead business meetings in over 25 countries across 5 continents. BrassRing was ultimately sold for over $115 million.
